Combine sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin, and water in large bowl. Combine flour, baking soda and spices in small bowl.

Add dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture and mix until combined.

Line muffin pan with paper liners, fill with batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 20 muffins.

Cool on wire rack.

  6. Cool on wire rack. Serve with cream cheese frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting
  1. Mix together cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar with electric mixer until fluffy.
