I noticed this at a fancy grocery store – uncooked burgers with the toppings mixed inside. Well that seems genius! I picked classic toppings of bacon and cheddar cheese, but you can try your favorites. I think mushrooms and onions would work well too.
Mix bacon and cheese right into ground beef and loosely form 4 burgers. Cook over medium heat until they reach desired doneness.
Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 80/20 works well for burgers
- 3 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese shredded
- salt and pepper

- Combine cooked bacon and cheddar cheese with ground beef and form 4 burgers.
- Cook in a pre-heated pan over medium heat, flipping once, until desired doneness.
