These are seriously delicious oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. They are slightly crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.
- Mix butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until combined.
- Stir in flour, oats, and baking soda and mix well.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Form rounded tablespoon size cookies on baking sheet. Use parchment paper for easier cleanup.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
- Makes 15 large cookies. Recipe can be easily doubled for larger batch.
Right out of the oven – still a little puffy.
